What is our policy relating to former representatives?
Our representatives are independent contractors and we believe that the client relationship is with their representative and as such, a representative who leaves our firm is entitled to maintain that client relationship when the representative registers with another firm and thus will retain your information for use in transferring your account to the representative’s new firm.
