Rick is the President of Pinnacle Resource Management, Inc. a Nevada based full service independent financial services firm focusing on building financial security for his clients by offering investment tools and strategies that ARE NOT available from the large brokerage firms and wire houses. (Such as NON-Traded REITs, Equipment Leasing Trusts, Collateralized Note Programs, Oil and Gas opportunities, Fixed and Indexed Annuity, Adaptively Managed Portfolios and Life Insurance products).

These tools and concepts have been used successfully by many large college endowment and pension funds for many years to stabilize volatility of portfolios and provide higher cash flow.

 
Rick Reding has invested over 20 years in the financial services industry growing and developing close relationships with some of the finest minds in all areas of financial management, financial planning, tax reduction planning, and market alternative investment concepts.
 
By being mentored by these individuals and working with them in the area of wealth management and asset protection strategies, Rick has been better able to serve his client’s needs in a world that demands unconventional approaches to building long term financial security.
 
Rick Reding is registered in 15 states and the US Virgin Islands. In 2007, he was asked to serve on the producer advisory board of Madison Avenue Securities, Inc. through 2009. Rick has lectured extensively in the area of NON-conventional approaches to wealth accumulation and preservation to other financial advisory professionals as well as the general public through his high energy, entertaining workshops and lunch and learn programs.
 
He holds series 6,63,22,62 & 65 securities licenses and is a Investment Advisor Representative. Rick is also licensed for insurance and variable products in Nevada, California and Arizona.

Unfortunately, our industry sometimes resembles a flea market of financial products, and many advisors turn their focus to selling products in a transactional focus with no clear idea of how the investments will integrate together for the long term goal of the client.

By teaching the principles of "Asset Class Diversification" and we bring our clients what Pinnacle Resource Management believes are the “best of class” in each and every category of investment or insurance product we may recommend.  Our aim to design a more stable and profitable financial portfolio for our clients.
 
Rick is a long time Nevada resident and has been married to his best friend Teresa for over 26 years. They have four children, ages 24 down to 16 and enjoy snorkeling, fishing, camping, and traveling together as often as possible...and are very involved with their local church as well as other civic organizations.
